随笔是写作练习的一种重要方式，它比日记、xxx少了了许多限制，自然大受学生欢迎。要求学生写随笔，就鼓励学生写真人真事，抒真情实感，长话长写，短话短写，无话就干脆别写。切忌无病呻吟，矫揉造作。一定要向学生讲明，随笔是“我要写”而非“要我写”。如果在随笔练习中安排硬性任务，要求学生每周必须写多少多少字，本来是学生非常喜欢的一种方式，就会令学生产生反感，应付了事，也就无法达到在随笔练习中巩固作文兴趣的目的。当然，随笔练习也绝非完全随心所欲，教师应当加强引导，让学生充分认识到随笔练习对于提高作文水平的重要重要性，从而自觉主动地进行随笔练习。只有这样，才能在常写随笔的过程中，巩固作文的兴趣。

作文训练是语文教学中最重要的环节，同时也是是难度最大的一个方面。它既不像阅读那样有章可循，更不像数学计算那样有法可依。它要求学生在训练中有所创新，同样要要求教师在指导时有所创新。训练训练，作文教学当然离不开练，学生的作文能力是在不断的练习中培养起来的。如果只是教师大讲特讲写作知识，讲得越多对学生的害处越大，因为这容易造成写作短程的条条框框对学生手脚的束缚，反而形不成能力。既然讲多了不秆，那就干脆别讲，完全放手让学生自己去练，让他们在摸索中提高。这又从一个极端走向另一个极端，同样是十分错误的，对学生的作文训练九牛二虎之力指导是十分必要的，这在学生刚开始写作文的小学阶段表现得尤为突出突出。到了中学阶段，学生虽然已经有了一定的写作经验，适当的指导仍然是必不可少的。在教学实践中，我发现，无论是写前指导还是写后指导，在课堂上集中讲解，尽管省时省力，效果却很不理想。于是我想，有没有一种更加有效的指导方式呢？从孔夫子的教育理念中，我得到启示：写作是一种最具有个性的语文活动，对学生写作的指导，应当采用因材施教的个别辅导方式。
作文训练中的个别辅导，是师生之间面对面的直接交流，针对性强，学生乐于接受，其效率应当是很高的。我在实践中的具体做法是：将学生分成四组，每级十来人。每周指导二、三人。先集中安排学生进行一次作文练习，然后利用早晨或下午的时间，面对面的与学生交换意见，指导学生修改，并根据每学生的实际，提出今后作文的目标和要求。在对学生进行个别辅导时，一定要注意及时反馈，多听取学生的想法。指导学生修改后一定要再次认真批阅，如有必要，还应再加以个别指导。学生经常得到教师的个别辅导，作文兴趣音乐会空前高涨，再加之个别辅导能对症下药、有的放矢。
其效果肯定是其他指导所不能比的。
六、作文活动，提高兴趣

虽然也不是第一次来敬老院，但对比过去。无论是作为学生和志愿者的身份，以及前来探望的目的都有了很多的改变，而我也通过这次的社会实践体会到了许多的感受和心得。现将这次活动中自身的心得做记录如下：
一、对志愿者的感受
我对志愿者活动的认识并不算太多，在过去，我总认为这不过是一群热情的人，利用自己的闲暇时间来做些事情罢了。但在这次的经历中，虽谈不上全面，但我却深刻的感受到了“志愿者”这个名字的分量。
在这个团队中，大家并非都是带着“打发时间”这样的心态来参加志愿者活动的，在沟通之后，我才明白，在如今这样忙碌的社会，又有多少人有这样的“闲工夫”来做这些“打发时间”的事情呢？他们远比我想象的更热情，也更加的认真，志愿者们都是在一种奉献精神的引导下，积极的努力，利用自己有限的时间来为社会和有需要的人们做出一些奉献的人，他们真的很优秀！
二、敬老院活动心得
跟随着队伍来到了敬老院，放眼望去中，不少老人都有说有笑的谈论着什么，又或是做着自己的事情，好像都过这非常安静温馨的生活。但在后来，我们和这些老人们说话、谈心。听着他们将过去的故事，说说自己精彩的一生，整个敬老院也变得越来越热闹起来。
这时，我才真正的感受到，安静温馨的生活虽然不错，但生命中，如果只有安静和自己，就会变的寂寞，变的孤独起来。尤其是看着我照顾的x奶奶，明明是我们来做为志愿者，但自从我们来了以后，她却总是想起身招呼我们，她身上的那股热情，也让我想到，如果在平时，在没有人的时候，她又该向谁倾诉呢？
三、自我的感受
这次的经历让我反思了许久。现在的社会中，我们的脚步越来越快，也越来越急。但如果我我们不去照顾我们的亲人，那他们就可能被慢慢的抛下。回想起自己上学以来，和父母的交流也越来越少，甚至也只有放长假的时候才有机会回家一趟。
这次的经验，也让我深刻的认识到了自己的问题，在今后的时间里，我也一定要多多与家人连系，保持家庭温度。
